290908 – nine years
I did not even remember the date but my husband always does. So he told us that we first met (online) on 29 September 1998 -Â that was exactly nine years ago. Oh wow, I have got to know him for nine years now.

Chocolate Almond
I received an e-mail from Zaina this morning. It was an interesting e-mail but right after sending the reply to her e-mail, I feel like trying to make chocolate almond.

Grilled Ray Fish (Ikan Pari Bakar)
This recipe I created accidentally. My maid kept some paste for Bakso and that day my husband came back from the market, brought some ray fish and told me that he felt like having grilled ray fish.

The Horoscopes
I received an e-mail from a friend containing the below. I don’t trust any part of it but it is fun to read. If you read only one particular zodiac, you will feel, hmm, this has to be right. Its totally me. But if you take time to read all of them, you will realise that the person simply wrote what is common to the people. That being so, there’s a probability that at least 80% of the descriptions will match any individual.

The day on my Birthday
I told my husband, I wish to be in a place, far from civilization (but with all amenities readily accessible), far from other people – just the time to myself. He made my wish come true.

I love today – so very much. Its been such a lovely day since morning and for the rest of the day.
Work was great. Surprisingly, even all the contacts were sweat today. And there was this lady, she’s great! I was just introduced to her, but as I talked to her, it seemed like I have known her forever.

Kuih Seri Muka
Kuih Seri Muka is one of my favourite traditional food. I label it as Kue Cantik which means a pretty cake because it really is. It has the bottom layer of white colour and the upper layer of pandan green with such a nice aroma. Thus Kue Cantik, because it looks, smells and tastes really good!
