it’s been a long time now.. I have been happy. Life has been easy and alhamdulillah, it has treated me very well. I am so blessed with many things this year and am expecting many more to come. But this evening, I have been looking back at the situation in the office and something is bothering me. It’s not a big deal really and I have been taking something worse than this well. but it really is annoying. I can handle insubordination but the indirect one – done by a person who deliberately disregarded the request and because, according to other colleague, this person simply can’t see any other woman of higher position than her (oh please, there are too many women who are of higher position that her in the institution).. perhaps it is more annoying because she is not reporting to me and she deliberately said she would do it if my subordinate confirmed that it would be okay for her to do that.. what the heck? that was a prick really, doesn’t hurt much but so annoying! oh well, why am I wasting my time writing about her anyway.
Aside to the above, I am thankful for every thing.. Many things to prepare before the new addition to the family will “arrive” alhamdulillah and hope we will be in time for all arrangement just prior to the arrival
